Another poetry assignment. This time Haiku. I drew pictures next to each of them - don't know if that was part of the assignment or if I did it because I was bored.
The picture next to this one is a purple mountain, with pink snow on it, and a sunset.
Snowflakes falling down
Blanket on the mountain peaks.
Sunset. Snow is pink.
The picture next to this one is of 2 birds on tree branches. One is brown with a red breast, the other is blue.
Hi, robin red breast.
How are you today, blue jay?
What is that you say?
The next one has a picture of a green grasshopper facing away from a bunch of little bugs.
Busy ants working
Grasshoppers playing leapfrog
Winter's on the way.
